Hiking trail that starts from Kastraki Square and the Museum of Geological Formations of Meteora. The route lasts about 20′ and leads to the ruined chapel of the Holy Spirit, on the rock of the same name. The visitor has the opportunity to see up close the formation of the Meteora Conglomerates (Miocene age) by climbing the rock, as well as large rock falls at the bottom which are part of the continuous process of weathering of the Meteora rocks.<\/p>\n
