Informative Event Held at Pyli Town Hall<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Thursday, May 22, representatives of cultural associations and organizations from the Municipality of Pyli gathered at Pyli Town Hall for an informative event held in celebration of International Museum Day.
The discussion focused on the opportunities and responsibilities arising from the participation of the Meteora \u2013 Pyli Geopark in the UNESCO Global Geoparks Network.<\/p>\n

During the event, participants were introduced to the museums operating within the Geopark area, as well as the cultural objectives set by the Region of Thessaly and the Municipalities of Meteora and Pyli. Emphasis was placed on initiatives promoting cultural activity, community collaboration, and engagement with issues related to geoconservation, geotourism, and geo-education.<\/p>\n

Representatives from local cultural institutions held an in-depth discussion with the organizers, exploring potential collaborations and joint events, as well as methods to document and showcase the region\u2019s cultural and folkloric heritage.<\/p>\n
