Saint Paraskevi Festival (Panigyri)

On the celebration day of Saint Paraskevi, our village celebrates with great joy. In the morning, a Divine Liturgy is held at the Church of Saint Paraskevi in Neraidochori, including the traditional “artoklasia” (blessing of bread) and offerings of local food such as bulgur with mutton, along with lokum (Turkish delight) and wine. In the evening, at 9:00 p.m., a traditional festival takes place in the village square, featuring live music, souvlaki and sausages, drinks and soft drinks, and of course a grand raffle with many prizes.
