The church of Agia Paraskevi was built in 1792 by Georgios Hadjipetros and is located shortly after Neraidochori (Veterniko), on the road to Pyrra. It was the catholicon of the old Monastery of Tsouka, which was destroyed and only ruins survive. The monastery had a remarkable library consisting of more than 2,500 volumes of books. The church belongs to the type of cruciform inscribed dome and specifically to the Athonite variant, with three niches. Materials such as cornerstones from the crumbling Byzantine church of the Transfiguration of the Savior were used to build it. The katholikon is a cruciform basilica, while above the narthex there is another smaller church, which functioned as a refuge in cases of raids and as a secret school during the time of Turkish rule. The church celebrates on July 26th and is the central festival of the village.
